What are the opening hours for the Visitor Centre?
The Expo 2020 Dubai Visitor Centre is open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM every day from Sunday to Thursday. Please note that the Visitor Centre is a two and a half hour experience from arrival to departure. 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM is the window from which a school may arrive and depart the Expo 2020 site. We are closed on Fridays and Saturdays. The Visitor Centre is open only for school bookings. Currently, we are not open to the general public.
The capacity of the Expo 2020 Dubai Visitor Centre is 105 students. We would encourage teachers to book for a minimum of 25 students.

The Expo 2020 Dubai Visitor Centre is free of charge for all schools across the UAE.
Students are provided with a 20-30 minute ground floor immersive tour to explain in detail what a World Expo is, what Expo 2020 is trying to achieve, and why Expo 2020 is important. Students are then divided into groups to partake in one themed workshop to learn more about some of the concepts that will be explored at Expo 2020. These workshops last approximately one hour. Time is then allocated for lunch and for students to explore the Visitor Centre.
No, lunch is not included. We encourage students to bring a packed lunch with them or to bring money and purchase light refreshments from our on-site canteen.
